Company Credit Cards

Some employers issue credit cards to their employees. These are known as company credit cards.
In this case, the credit agreement is between the employer and the credit card company. Most company credit cards fall outside the Consumer Credit Act 1974 because of their high credit limit and because the Act does not extend to agreements with a limited company.
